Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP), you have specific rights regarding your personal data. This page explains how Agriculture Elixir complies with these rights, even though we do not collect or store personal information through user registration or databases.

The DPDP applies to the processing of digital personal data within India. Agriculture Elixir is an informational blog platform that does not require users to register, log in, or provide personal information. Response Timeframes

Under the DPDP, we are required to respond to your request within 30 days. In complex cases, we may extend this by an additional 15 days and will notify you accordingly.

No Discrimination Policy

We will not deny, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service to you because you exercised your rights under the DPDP.

This compliance page will be updated if there are changes in the DPDP or our data practices. The most recent version will always be posted here with an updated effective date.
